SOLUTIONS IN MICROBIAL GENOMICS
Integrated Genomics Inc.., specialists in microbial genomics, will present a one-day seminar in collaboration with Edinburgh University’s prestigious Scottish Centre for Genomic Technology and Informatics.
Integrated Genomics’ ERGO bioinformatics suite provides a systems biology tool-kit across a full spectrum of medical and industrial applications, including pharmaceuticals, probiotics, waste remediation, and biofuels.
Two of Integrated Genomics’ top scientists will give scientific presentations in the morning, highlighting the capabilities and successes of the ERGO bioinformatics platform and metabolic reconstruction technology. This will be followed by a buffet lunch, and then a demonstration of the ERGO system in the afternoon. On request, the demonstration can be tailored to participants’ requirements
